IL BASTIA ULTIMI CALCI terzo al torneo di Höchberg in Germania
Sabato 28 e domenica 29 si svolgerà sui campi di calcio di Bastia, Costano, Ospedalicchio, l’8° Torneo Nazionale over 40 di calcio ad 11 “Città di Bastia Umbra” organizzato dalla società Bastia Ultimi Calci.Fondata nel marzo 2010 nel corso di questi 10 anni la squadra bastiola ha partecipato a tanti tornei tra cui a Clouange (Francia) nel 2013, a Porec (Croazia), Aosta, Sanremo, Sorrento, Cesenatico, Gabicce, Praia a Mare, Abano Terme, Gabicce, Chianciano, Grottammare.
La società nel corso dell’anno organizza tre specifici Memorial dedicati a dei calciatori purtroppo scomparsi: i due portieri Zeffiro Raspa (2011) e Marcello Vaccai (2015) ed il difensore Luca Costantini (2018). Le precedenti edizioni del Torneo sono state vinte da EAP- Ministero della Giustizia, Bastia Ultimi Calci ( 2 volte), San Gregorio Magno, Amatori Calcio Foligno, Picenasport 1960 Ascoli Piceno e l’ultima edizione dal Gruppo sportivo Over 40 Fiuggi.
Il torneo si svolge, come sempre, alla fine di settembre in coincidenza con le manifestazioni del Patrono di Bastia Umbra S. Michele Arcangelo.
Quest’anno le squadre partecipanti sono:
1) Montella (Campania)
2) Canavese – Ivrea ( Piemonte)
3) Fiuggi (Lazio)
4) La Fenice Roma (Lazio)
5) San Giovanni Roma (Lazio)
6) Sorrento (Campania )
7) Football Amatori Roma (Lazio)
8) A.S.D. Ultimi Calci Bastia Umbra (Umbria)
Il Bastia Ultimi Calci è appena tornato da Höchberg (Germania), dove ha disputato un torneo di calcetto over 40, con la soddisfazione di essersi piazzata al terzo posto senza perdere alcuna partita notizia riportata dalla stampa tedesca, il Mainpost (foto 5).
La società era stata invitata dal TG Höchberg (foto 2 e 3), la squadra locale che festeggiava i suoi 100 anni di vita (Giubileo) poiché la cittadina tedesca è gemellata da 30 anni con Bastia Umbra e dall’11 al 14 ottobre festeggerà l’anniversario del gemellaggio a cui sarà presente una delegazione della città umbra.
